    It is a theoretical course that is part of the People Management Concentration. It takes a processoriented view and presents the fundamentals for effective, efficient management aligned with organizational needs, creating value through people. Students will be able to understand, analyze, and relate human resource planning based on the number and required competencies and organizational and job design, according to the organization's strategy and objectives. Additionally, they will learn about each of the processes inherent in people management: recruitment, selection, onboarding, training and development, performance, compensation and well-being, and organizational climate management. They will also apply the acquired knowledge in designing and proposing processes for a specific organization
