    Summary

    In a permanent change world, innovation is the key element to achieve success in business. It is proven that companies that have learned to properly manage innovation grow faster, are more profitable, and adapt more easily to changes in the industry. Whether to take advantage of undiscovered opportunities or to solve organizational problems, innovation has become one of the main sources of competitive advantage in the business world. However, to be innovative, a company not only have to question, create, and redesign themselves permanently; but also, it must recruit talented people to manage and lead the change and create new ways to generate value. Every change produce tensions in organizational culture. These tensions are shown as different emotions in personnel, so it is necessary to manage them properly to promote a deeper change. The change is something permanent and different scenarios are constantly evolving, based on this, every manager must be ready to manage uncertainty and ambiguity realities. This course seeks that the student can understand, analyze, and manage the processes of organizational transformation, during a change or growth period. For this reason, the course proposes the change management fundamentals, cultural transformation methodologies and last trends that organizations use to success in their transformational processes.
