Overview
Summary
The course approaches a corpus of literary works through the analysis and critical understanding of them. For a more thorough learning, the literary and cultural context in which these emerged is also examined. Said body of works includes representative authors of western literature with a special emphasis on the so-called classic literatures.Likewise, the course provides a panoramic knowledge of literary art from the reading of the works that occupy a privileged place in universal literature, as well as the compositions of the most recognized authors of Latin American and Peruvian literature of the 19th and 20th centuries.
