Overview
This course introduces students to the fundamentals of Project Management and its practical application within organizations. Students will gain a solid understanding of the core concepts outlined in the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), exploring its key knowledge areas and how they are applied throughout the project lifecycle.
In addition to traditional project management methodologies, the course also covers Agile frameworks, with a focus on SCRUM, providing students with a well-rounded foundation to manage projects in both structured and adaptive environments.
El curso tiene como objetivo presentar a los alumnos, los conceptos fundamentales de la Gerencia de Proyectos, las diferentes áreas de conocimiento del PMBOK® siguiendo la estructura de la guía y cómo estas se aplican a un proyecto. Así mismo analizaremos la gestión de proyectos en Agile y SCRUM.
