    Brief Description

    Talking about leadership in organizations today means discussing professionals who not only master management aspects but also possess a great capacity for human values. This course addresses the fundamental aspects of the 21st-century leader and how their digital competencies influence the creation of their personal brand and leadership style. It is a highly introspective course where students discover their own leadership style and learn to enhance their strengths and develop their weaknesses.
